Booking Notes
A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve a session date.
For portrait, headshot, family, editorial, and automotive sessions, the final image count refers to professionally edited images selected from a private proofing gallery. The number of images photographed during the session may be higher, but only the purchased final selections are delivered.
For weddings, TheKenny Photography selects, curates, and professionally edits the strongest images from the event. Wedding clients do not need to choose individual photographs from a proofing gallery. Each package includes the guaranteed minimum number of images listed, and additional finished images may be included when they meet professional delivery standards.
Duplicate frames, test photographs, missed-focus images, accidental captures, closed-eye expressions, and photographs that do not meet professional standards are removed during the culling process and are not delivered.
RAW files and unedited images are not included.
Wedding packages include personal printing rights. Copyright remains with TheKenny Photography. Commercial publication, vendor advertising, or other business usage requires separate permission.
Final pricing may vary based on session length, location, number of people, creative planning, commercial usage, travel, and video editing needs.
